Johnny gets adopted and gains fur-siblings
Johnny’s owner left him at the shelter a few days before Christmas 2013 because he was moving. Johnny had significant hair loss and was almost blind due to cataracts. Further medical exams showed that Johnny had a serious heart murmur and was nearly deaf.
He went to a foster home where he received medicated baths and good nutrition, maybe for the first time in his life. Johnny was adopted a couple of weeks later. His new dad reports that Johnny’s hair has returned and the vet is amazed that he continues to do so well. Johnny’s dad said “we absolutely love him and so do the rest of our dogs.”
